What Is ParishPay?
Friends of St. Agatha has joined with ParishPay, LLC to facilitate automated giving. ParishPay is a nationally respected company that specializes in electronic payment programs for churches and schools. ParishPay allows you to make a regular monthly gift to FSA from your checking account or on a credit card. There is NO cost to you and all contributions are 100% tax-deductible.
How Do I Sign Up?
It's easy! Go online to our custom ParishPay donation page and in a few minutes be completely enrolled. Recurring monthly gifts are taken on the 5th of the month (or the following business day after the 5th in the case of the 5th falling on a weekend or holiday). You will receive monthly email reminders to let you know about the upcoming deduction. You may use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or debit card. Or, if you prefer, you may have your contribution debited directly from your checking account. You can cancel your ParishPay account at any time.
How Much Should I Give?
A rising tide lifts all boats. If everyone were to give just a little, our annual struggle to make school ends meet would diminish considerably, if not altogether. Accordingly, FSA is asking that each parishioner, school family, grandparent, and alumnus pledge to contribute $20 - $30 or more a month to FSA in order to ensure the long-term viability of St. Agatha School.

- What is an Automated Giving Program?
It is an automated means to financially support FSA through monthly contributions from your checking, savings, or credit card account. There is NO cost to participate in the program. - How do I enroll?
Enrollment is easy, free, and takes less than three minutes to complete online. You can sign up directly on FSA's custom ParishPay donation page, or call 866-PARISH-1 to enroll over the phone. - How secure is ParishPay?
To assure the security of your information, ParishPay encrypts all data using SSL (secure sockets layer) in the transmission of personal and sensitive data. They have assured us that their system includes the highest level of security features -- as stringent as major banks and other secure websites. - Is there a minimum gift amount?
No, but we recommend contributing via ParishPay only if your pledge is $10.00 or more a month. - Is there a maximum gift amount?
ParishPay has processed donations for $30,000 and $40,000 - there is no maximum amount that we can process on an individual transaction or as a monthly amount. - How do contributors manage accounts?
Contributors can log in to their account by using the login area at the top of ParishPay's website. Once logged in, contributors will have the option of altering their gift, adding additional gifts, or deleting their account. Contributors also can see gifts provided to FSA year to date and print up annual giving statements. - How do contributors delete their accounts?
Contributors can log in and delete their gifts. The change cannot take place after the 3rd of the month in order to affect the same month. - Which payment methods are accepted?
You may use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or debit card. Or, if you prefer, you may use your checking or savings account. - How do contributors delete their accounts?

ParishPay withholds $1.00 and 1.25% from each contributor's monthly transaction. Typically, this fee represents a drop in the bucket compared with the increased giving that ParishPay represents. - Does the parishioner receive receipts for tax purposes?
Yes, all contributors enrolled with ParishPay can print out an annual receipt directly from the website every January, which they can use as documentation for the IRS. - Can I donate a one-time gift or pledge for a specific term?
Yes, one-time gifts are graciously accepted. Participants can also arrange for a specific amount to be paid over a number of months. - Can a person sign up for automatic contributions even if he or she is not already registered with that parish or residing within the parish boundaries?
Yes. Anyone who would like to support FSA is encouraged to enroll.
